Milk Bar Corn Cookie Mix
In a large bowl stir together the butter and sugar until incorporated.

Ingredients 16 tablespoons butter at room temperature 1 1 2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 1 3 cup flour 1 4 cup corn flour 2 3 cups freeze dried corn powder 3 4 teaspoons baking powder 1 4 teaspoon baking soda 1 1 2 teaspoon kosher salt. Reduce the mixer speed to low and add the flour corn flour corn powder baking powder baking soda and salt. Scoop cookies onto greased cookie sheet 3 inches apart and bake 12 15 minutes until golden brown on just the outer edges. 16 tablespoons 225 grams 2 sticks unsalted butter at room temperature.

Combine the butter and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and cream together on medium high for 2 to 3 minutes. Cool before going crazy. About 2 ounces 65 grams freeze dried.
